It was an amazing experience living. The house was clean and the description is accurate.

Location of the place is perfect. Rooms were good. Staffs are good and so the owner. Varkala beach is just walking distance.

I search for room in make my trip and i found this residency and i choose this because the price was affordable compared to others. The staffs were too polite. Overall it was a good experience to stay there.

It was a pleasant stay. Sudarshan sir and caretaker santosh were amazing. The homestay doesn't have car parking, but sudarshan sir was kind and directed our driver to park in their new property.

Location is good - right on the north cliff. But your car cannot get to the property. You have to walk for last 100 m or so. However, the car can be parked in the common parking area for the north cliff visitors. Food is not served at the property. Many restaurants- high ends as well as budget ones - are there on the north cliff. Rooms are small. Bed is average.

They cancel-led our booking at last minute and arranged a room with poor facilities for the same rate. Very bad service

I am happy with the service provided by the caretaker. But i face only one issue that parking is not available for this home stay.

Location was right next to the varkala cliff. Has a great view from the terrace. Food was not served. Need to go to the nearby cafes and restaurants for food, which was all right. The hosts were very hospitable and took my requests as needed. Cars can't come directly to the property. Only scooters can. Needs to be parked 50-100m away

Nice property, very clean and neat. Property owner is very kind and humble.

The stay is very near to varkala cliff and there is ample parking in the helipad area. The rooms were clean and well sanitised. The staff are very friendly
