Expensive according to the amenities. Rooms are not that great. Food was Good. Staff was polite. Location is good.

The food was excellent. The location was good. I had some complaints about hot water. My baby and wife weren't feeling well, so I had to use cold water.

Breakfast- poha quality was too bad . Puri was also not good . No fruit / room hygiene issue / bed sheet was dirty . Bathroom was not clean / toilets comode not on proper size . Not able to sit properly on that . Water leakage every where . Overall it was Very bad experience . Check personally

The third class hotel and bathroom were not cleaned , room service was very poor i will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

I had a wonderful stay. The location was convenient and close to key attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Food quality was excellent with a good variety. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience pleasant. Facilities like Wi-Fi and housekeeping were reliable. Overall, a great value for money stay.

Property is in a very bad shape, color coming out in the rooms, intercom not working at all, staff not responding sorry state of affairs

No proper breakfast worst cleanliness ever i have seen telephone not working pathetic room service zero courtesy towards customer frequent power cut off during night

Hotel is good but room services are so bad. Room landline was not working i complaint-ed about it twice but no response. Electricity fl-actuating whole night. Ac is not cooling properly

Hotel lacks winter preparation. Not good housekeeping, even the toiletries are very old. Need lot of changes in the rooms. Overall experience not satisfactory
