Review Of PALM COAST BEACH RESORT

Its not maintained. Staff also needs some professional training. I will not recommend for family stay. This place is well known within the bachelor.

The said amenities were not working. The room did not had Tv and remote for AC. The Geyser was not present

Resort location is very near to beach, staff is very polite and provided good hospitality, over all it was good, however the management has to improve on the maintenance, since the property is having all the facilities it has to to it utilised at full extent.

Very old property with no maintenance. Not advisable to book. Pool only available on weekends and its not clean. Food available is average.

2. No tv and no wifi. Felt very boring

Overall stay was good but had an issue with the manager of resort. He was not providing the bed for the 3rd adult for which i have paid extra. And i also had to argue with him regarding this. And geyser was not available. And he was not willing to provide brush and paste for this also i had to argue with him. Thank you.

Cots are terrible. It's not double bed they attached two single beds. We are family with one kid. Pathetic service. We asked to change the room but no response.

It was a pleasant stay with nice supportive staff and the swimming pool is good bathrooms need to be maintained much more cleanly and must keep bathroom air freshener

It was too high, but actual price of room is low at reception. So, please dont book the room, go to hotel. Hygienic of palm resort is also not good. But view is average. Dont expect this resort with seabreeze or rivera. But the resort is near to sea shore.

Its really waste of money, by choosing the Resort for stay. It's a shame on the name of Resort. There is a swimming pool without water. There is a restaurant without menu. I Am not finding any good things, I could have share here. The food served on the first day of my stay, seems like old stock. And the amount has been charged is really really high. I Am forgetting this as a bad nightmare.

They have chafed high and not provided any basic amenities like towels, soap, etc even water is not provided by hotel management. Very bad rooms and bad services I experienced I will not rate- 2 rating for this hotel. Will not recommend this at all.

Salty tap water, dirty washroom, no towels, very poor service but exuberant pricing for the room

Over all it was okay but the Resort was expensive and the near buy places is not so good. Water bottle rates are expensive

Went with team of 5 enjoyed and had nice time.

It was really a bad experience as the bed was really bad, blankets was dirty, room smells horrible and bathroom was dirty and no hot water.

We stayed overnight during weekday. It wasn't crowded at all. The room and bed were nice and spacious. Only disappointment is saltwater in the room. But I guess hotel can't do much about it. There may not be much hotel can do about it. Staff were good and easy to communicate with. We particular like the spacious room and basic facilities like bed, rug, ac, view. If you don't get accommodation in Sea Coast Beach Resort, this is a good alternative. There is no breakfast at hotel. So we drove to nearby local center (lighthouse), thanks to hotel staff guidance where we got very good breakfast.

I have travelled to Chirala quite a few times before, so would be able to write a proper review of this hotel. This time it was a family stay along with my 11-month hero and was worried about food, a doc on call and other amenities available near the hotel and responsive support staff. The hotel was clean, but since I was travelling over the weekdays, I was the only person.

Rooms are not good, wifi works only near reception, poor food service.
