Review Of PALAMPUR SNOW VILLA

Hi Team, I would rate my stay 4 out of 10. The room was dusty and had a bad smell, which made it uncomfortable. There was no geyser or electric kettle available, which was quite inconvenient. Hope these things can be improved for future guests. Thanks, Chaithanya

The host was not available at all . We have to call multiple times also water was not there in taps during morning. No front task

the place was good, staff was also helpful but most of the services were not serviceable, AC was not working, tv not connected to internet, rooms not clean and smelly

The stay was really good. The only part which i felt needs improvement is breakfast from host. It was really pathetic and disappointing.

Our stay experience at Snow villa was pleasant. Owner of homestay Mr. Dev ji was reachable all time and also prompt in responding to our questions and needs around travel and stay. Rooms are spacious, Clean and well maintained. all amenities as listed in the property details on MMT were available and in good condition. In fact a well equipped kitchen that is available for us to cook food if we prefer so, came in as a pleasant surprise. Though Palampur was totally new for us, we did not have any challenge regarding travel, dining, shopping, site seeing because of the awesome hospitality of Mr. Dev ji. We would recommend Snow Villa as a preferred Home Stay for anyone who is looking at value for money and a comfortable budget stay.
