+ good location in a quiet street at the entrance of Orchha & walking distance to everything room i's big with ac and fan - : only a matress cover bedshit but no peopzr bedshit except for a blanket no oustide window but window facing a corridor good value foe money

we had a pleasant stay at this homestay. perfect location, safe and fresh home cooked food available on demand. it was a wonderful experience staying there. The owner is too polite and helpful. I would highly recommend the best homestay and will definitely stay there during my next visit to Orchha.

Although facility and location on a narrow street is not ideal for people travel-ling using their own vehicle but people are nice and courteous. Genuine and caring people.

This is a lovely place to stay in orccha. The people were were warm and took care of me like a family. I was not feeling well and they provided me with tablets too. The location is in walkable distance from the fort and temple.

Value for money stay i would say, remember that in orchha there is power cut daily thankyou for these guys they are maintaining inverter.

Rented bikes for good price and had comfy bed and excellent shower pressure with good amount of hot water. Bit noisy if someone in the room next door uses their bathroom as there is a gap in the wall.

Worst home stay ever showing pictures of different rooms n providing different rooms. Room services is pathetic don't even provide water bottles n basic needs

Owner of property is very humble and caring too. Services is also very good at the cheap rate for medium class family, who planned to stay outside.

It was a night stay. But experience is good. But if he allow with pets. It's good for me specially. Food was good

This homestay is located very close to the ram raja temple and is taken care by brijeshji and his family. They are very helpful and the best part of this homestay is food. Food is excellent as it is prepared at home. This homestay is certified by mp tourism as well and brijeshji and his family go out of their way to help everyone. Strongly recommended for all travellers visiting orchha.

Very clean, good location, easy to walk and visit the city and enjoy de tranquility on the guest house.

Orchha is a small town with limited stay options. This homestay has good and clean rooms. The caretaker is a very hospitable and welcoming family. They also serve home made food. The room price is budget friendly. The only problem is locating the homestay. And if you are traveling by bus, parking may get a little bit difficult.

Raja ram mandir was at walking distance and food was superb also the owner and team was very humble. Bathroom was clean.

Decent place and location. Not very close to the centre, but still walkable. Good food and very good hospitality. Always available to help. Things that put us off were. 1. When we reached there, they had no clue of the booking. we were given the first room available, but when we booked there were options for multiple rooms. So, if you're booking a specific room, based on amenities, if should be given. We had booked an AC room, but when asked for remote. I was told, " why do you want to use it? " It's already cold. that's not how it works. 2. Hit water facilities were poor. Boiler was too small and supply of hot water is limited. If you know It's too cold for AC, then you should know we need hot water. 3. Room lacked basic facilities like kettle, hairdryer,etc. I understand it's a homestay. After all, we had booked a "Deluxe AC room". 😃

Hotel is good also very near by all the places, location is good, hotel owner and staff is very good.
