Near to river. Neat and clean.

In break fast tea and small bowl of poha only and no handwash available in washroom matters was so dirty

Good breakfast and very good staff.

Hotel was good for Orchha, very smaller property.

When I reached the hotel, the person at the reception had no clue about the booKong. To be fair, he didn't make an issue, but it could have been worse. The facilities are very basic. WiFi was not working although the booKkng site mentioned free Wi-Fi. The hotel has no kitchen, although the guy offered to get me stuff if I needed anything. I had to buy even mineral water. Not that it costs a fortune, bit of a guest is offered a bottle of water, it goes a long way in building goodwill. Similarly, there was no provision to make tea or the receptionist didn't even bother to offer me tea.

We stayed at Hotel Sunrise for a day. Our experience was just fine, not as per expectations. The location of the hotel is fine, but the rooms are not at par. They don't have a restaurant but arrange food from outside which was quite costly. The rooms were clean but overall facilities must be improved.

Sunrise hotel was located at near main attractions in Orchha. Though the hotel was fine but there are few better options available if you can pay some more. It seemed costly for a small town like Orchha. There are lots of foreign visitors in Orchha which may be the reason for the cost of the hotels and food.

Hotel Sunrise is just okay, nothing great. I have stayed in much better hotels for this price. It is located near main temples as Orchha is a small town. Better to spend a little more and get a good hotel. The food was costly Orchha being a tourist destination.

Hotel is very small with not enough staff there were many issues in their services but If you are looking for very cheap stay you may select this one. Most importantly they don't have restaurant in house though they have mentioned it on site but at hotel they told me they don't have any. It's not hotel owner's fault but I have to mention it that Mobile network doesn't work in rooms

Location of this hotel is great but owner is very rude. They don't provide the room heater even for AC room, bathroom is very small. They don't have their own restaurant, they order it from outside restaurant. Since it is cheap hotel, quite often the clients are boys, so not suitable for couples.

While checking in reception guy refused that he doesn't have any booking on my name even when I showed him the booking confirmation mail. Very unhygienic condition of room and food. No service at all. They provided us bread and butter with coffee in the name of complimentary breakfast and that too after request.

Hotel facility not worth the rent!

Nice place, except the hotel was totally empty at the pick season like Christmas so we were little scared but hotel was good and food was excellent. But no view of Betwa river. No window in the room.

Good location. Near the Betwa river. Only drawback is distance from the ram temple. Otherwise everything was good. In one of the rooms bathroom lock was broken, the staff was helpful. They gave extra mattress and blanket. Even there was extra space for driver also. Rooms on the first floor are good. Facility needs improvement.

Staff friendly but not very interested or professional. Hotel looks old and tired. Cockroach in bathroom. Hot water not working. No value for money.

We were first given a small room which was damped and dark. I raised this issue, then they changed our room to a larger and brighter room. Our room was on the first floor after the reception, so it was noisier than the 1st floor rooms. Breakfast was included and consisted of omelette and toasts, tea/coffee. Location is close to the river and within walking distance to all attractions. The street was quite noisy at times but did quiet down at night. Do check your room first as I think the 1st floor rooms would be quieter.
