When I reached the hotel, the person at the reception had no clue about the booKong. To be fair, he didn't make an issue, but it could have been worse. The facilities are very basic. WiFi was not working although the booKkng site mentioned free Wi-Fi. The hotel has no kitchen, although the guy offered to get me stuff if I needed anything. I had to buy even mineral water. Not that it costs a fortune, bit of a guest is offered a bottle of water, it goes a long way in building goodwill. Similarly, there was no provision to make tea or the receptionist didn't even bother to offer me tea.
