The property was good in terms of the room size, early check-in support etc but I experienced a horrible night due to an electrical issue in the property. All the electrical appliances were behaving very strangely and MCB's were getting tripped even after switching on a geyser. Strangest thing is that the lights were getting on only when the geyser was on but the geyser was not working.
None of the AC's worked in all three rooms booked. Even the fans were not running at full speed. After placing a complaint in the night, the electrician arrived only after 2 hours and unfortunately, the manager and the electrician couldn't resolve the issue. In fact, couldn't understand the problem.
Room 1 : Lights and fan were functioning.. but the fan's regular has no knob to alter the speed.
Room 2: Fan was very slow even in full speed, Geyser, lights crazy issue was here. Almost managed in a dim light.
Room 3: None of the lights or fan was working.
All 3 AC's were not working.
Spent a horrible night, some of them slept in the hall just to get some air.
All the above were still manageable but seriously unhappy with the property owner. Talked to him once when the Electrician was not reaching on time due to rain. Later, he stopped responding to my calls and even to MMT CC. No empathy whatsoever.
He said that it is a one time issue but I think it happened due to lack of timely maintenance.
