mattress, blanket,pillow are very dirty ... no hygienic, appliances like ac , tv not working

The staff is very good, the hotel room is also good, I liked the facilities as well, the food is just like home, I hope to come to your hotel again, thank you very much for taking such good care of us 🎉❤️

dont go in that hotel. very unsatisfied with the service not much good to stay here rates are soo high as compared to other hotel overall I don't like the service and the facilities of that hotel the lift was not working.only way to upper floor is the stair. food rates are also much higher for a single or dual person

escalator and room AC not working 😕 .... staff only excused ....

welcome drink not serve. all walls are poor quality.water leakage in wall during rain .water leaked in ac.

they mentioned on MMT about welcome drink on arrival but they can't serve you single glass of water

third class service,mnt charged 1450 something rs and hotel have taken 500 extra for gst,given bill of 1250,mmt shos 180 discount but not given to me,in fut6i will never book anything from mmt,third class

Average room , we have to ask for towels and water bottles, no stool was provided in bath area , for one day stay it may okay

Hotel room was so dirty. Bed sheet & blankets was terrible, they didn’t gave hot water. Pathetic experience

Hygiene is nil, rude behaviour of staff. Welcome drink not available. Rooms are too much dirty and guard not known his hotel name.

The hotel is very dirty. Bad condition of rooms, toilets smell of acid all the time but they are still dirty. Rooms are suffocating and dusty. Somehow spent the night. Service is ok, people respond to requirements.
