coupleThe room we checked in was not upto the mark. Cups were dirty, soap dispenser was not working. So we asked them to change the room, which they did. However overall room cleanliness was not satisfactory. Even food served was not hot. So frankly would not like to stay next time.

This hotel was extremely nice and it was a joy to stay at. The staff were polite and patient. It is family friendly and has a joyful atmosphere and the place the hotel is situated at is quiet and easy to find. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel and rooms are 4 star, 4 star experience not so much
The hotel and its infrastructure (rooms, washrooms, linens) per se is really good. The downside is there are no double beds in the any of the rooms in hotel(atleast thats what we were told. You get single beds (4 by 6) which are joined when requested. Location of the hotel is good. Food is above average. Somehow our staff interaction was not at par with 4 star experience. Managers were either under very strict working conditions or lacking a little training since we hardly recieved any polite smiles. Staff on the other hand were a little better than the managers. There are hardly any good restaurants around so you have to depend on hotel restaurants but you do get zomato deliveries. Experience here made me feel that if you are polite, you will not be taken seriously. Probably need to be little stern when speaking.

Poor Stay
Property is below average. Bed sheet was having holes, pillow covers was inserted in opposite sides. When we wake in the morning one cockroach was roaming in bathroom. Come to restaurant, we visited restaurant for dinner and no body has attended us for 20 mnts even water was not served, when asked twice then they hv attended. Food quality was average n taste is not upto mark. Breakfast also having limited items. Good part was dosh a was good n restaurant manager or executive wearing tie was very responsive but other staff were very poor n un trained.

Excellent Stay
Hotel was beautiful. Gives you a very serene feeling just like the city. Staff was very friendly especially rahul, who took great care, understood our liking in food and made suggestions accordingly. Overall, the experience was very good.

2 floors in the hotel are under maintenance. Even the floor, given on rent has maintenance issues. Television, door lock card not working, needed updation. Restaurant staff need a lot of training in hospitality. One taxi service that is available for pick and drop is unreasonably highly priced. Food is good. Room is good. All complimentary products are not provided. There is a potential for improvement.

Pastries are good but costl
Centralised ac is there which is not good resulting in foul smell of rooms, all beds are single bed they don't have master single beds, pastries are good but a bit costly

Best among the available big names & brands
I was confused during my first visit at gaya by seeing edited pictures of properties and reviews. The rates were competitive and it was difficult to choose the best. But now i can assure that this is the best one among all the available hotels in any segment, ie room, services, food, hygiene

Excellent hotel. Nice ex
The property is located on the main road and is easily accessible. Stayed here with family. It is one of the well maintained hotels you will find around. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staffs are very friendly. The quality and taste of food is excellent. Highly recommended for everyone.

Good hotel, some issues with cleanliness
Location was good, and staff was helpful. Cleanliness was not up to the par. Bathroom fittings were also leaky. I could've accepted these issues, but not at the price i paid.
