I had an incredible stay at New Mountain Face! The rooms were clean, cozy, and beautifully designed with a modern touch. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view—waking up to the mountains every morning felt like a dream. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Whether you're looking to relax or explore nature, this place has the perfect vibe. I’ll definitely be back!

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. 2. The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable. 3. The room was well equip with water boiler and safe deposit box. My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. It was very tastefully done and to me, many will like it. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, fast and obliging. I was very happy to be given a late check-out after my small request. My girl friend and I was very happy and pleased with one day stay. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. Had to return for work!

The hotel was terrible. Owner was so rude and not so supportive. Hotel location was out of our reach. We cant reach there by ourselves and it takes 30 min tracking to reach there. Make my trip was showing us hotel distance 2. 5 km from city centre but it is actually more than 5km. No water in the washroom. We just left the place after half an hour. Didn’t even see our room because owner told us to wait till 12pm, after that only we will get check in. So we just booked another hotel in city centre. Worst experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at new mountain face in katagla, and it was an unforgettable experience! the location is stunning, breathtaking mountain views, waking up to the sounds of nature and the fresh mountain air was rejuvenating. The guest house itself is incredibly cozy and well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that offer all the necessary amenities. The staff is warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel right at home from the moment i arrived. The food was delicious, also if you're looking to relax, explore nearby trails, this place has it all. I highly recommend new mountain face to anyone visiting katagla. Experience was shit ...room caretaker and owner has big ego problem ..half of the time care taker was not available at counter.
