It was nice, well located, clean, good hospitality overall good experience

Very much glad to stay in nivastays paradise.... Home like feeling... Caretaker cooked very tasty homely food..... Will stay there for sure again. Colony was very green and safe.. Conark campuss should be mentioned in address

The a/c makes terrible noise. The towels are dirty. Rooms are not well lit and very importantly there is no mirror in the room that doesn't have an attached bathroom to it. Room was not well lit. The owner is arrogant, non helpful and is not open to feedback. If you are a woman traveling alone avoid this place. If i would have not paid in advance i would have changed my stay.

Taken money for full 3 person in one room accommodation and given a cushion for 3rd person and first day ac was not working in the room

The room was okay, paint was coming out of walls, stinky bedsheets, handwash was totally watery. Breakfast poha, upama was okay. Big water seepage patches on walls

Rooms are not so good, there is lack cleanliness, caretaker is not friendly, very bad smell after turning on ac, tv not starting. Everything is worst.

This is not a hotel, it is a 4 BHK flat in one of the posh area of Pune where guests stay in separate rooms. Food provided by care taker is on demand prepared with utmost hygiene and homely. It resembles most like a paying guest then hotel.

This is an apartment. There was attached washroom in only one room. Complimentary breakfast was good. Location is not the same as given here, please contact the owner for the correct one. Room cleanliness can definitely be improved to a better level.

Feels like home and the apartment is in the center of viman nagar, easily accessible to basic necessities

Change your bed sheet and pillow covers. Seems to be used for long and not washed for weeks.
