I booked deluxe room but room not reddy at check-in time after 30 minutes room provided me, sofa and blankets dirty, no any type food and tea facility in hotel and room, bathroom drain pipes choked, no room cleaning, room door jam, spider net at all corners in room.

Rooms are good but the maintenance, cleanliness is not up to mark. Also there is no restaurant in the hotel.

Bad cleanliness of bathrooms, bad water service, some hotel stuff was stole our earphones when they canythingame for cleaning. That night we didn't find it and asked them for earphones then they returned it back. If you need from hotel stuff you need to tell them more then 2or3 times
