Review Of New Rathna Lodge

1. The hotel was unaware of the booking. 2. We were girls staying in one room, and each time a man wanted to enter the room without our permission 3. The booking was for two nights and two rooms. They did not provide us the second room for one entire day. 4. Highly dirty and unhygienic bathrooms and rooms. There was dirty storage underneath the beds. 5. No hot water 6. No blanket, no bedsheet. 7. They don't understand the language (neither hindi nor english and expect their visitors to speak telegu) and no understanding of how to run the hotel. A little kid of barely 10 years of age was sitting at the table and was literally managing most of the things. 8. Unsafe for girls 9. In the end the cleaning guys asks for tip on his own that too a set amount as per him (while he never actually did his duty) 10. No maintenance whatsoever. Who has given them the license to them to run this lodge. 11. The price per person was supposed to be 300 and we had to pay 650 for two people for one room. Why and how I don't understand because ideally it should be at least 600 for two people or lesser as we're sharing one room and not two separate rooms. There too is a confusion! 12. Highly confused, limited and dirty staff. 13. There was one lady at the reception which was the only relief for us to stay otherwise we as girls and students, had already made the payment and would be non refundable and didn't know where else to go.
