very worst, amenities shown are missing in the hotel room, food facilities are not there.

The booking is done and amount is paid to the property but when i reached the location the hotel personnel said that some guest of the owner have came and the suit room is allocated to them and stated that the booking is canceled, if the property have canceled the booking, i have not received any cancelation message, the hotel personnel was blaming the mmt system for all this.

While checking in the guy in reception informed us that if anything needed u can contact the reception and he did as we raised our requirements. That was the best part. Service. Thanks
