Families please avoid this property.
My stay at this property was a truly dreadful experience and a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise against staying here. rooms per night, the price is completely unjustified for the appalling conditions and service. The resort is severely understaffed with only two people managing the entire property. Here are some of the key issues we faced: * Lack of Amenities & Unsanitary Conditions: The weather was very cold, and we were only given a single bed sheet. When we complained, we were provided with a dirty, smelly, and unwashed blanket that was so unhygienic we were hesitant to use it. * Terrible Food: The food was subpar, even worse than what you'd get from a street vendor. We found hair in our maggie, and there was no cutlery provided until we asked for it. better-tasting meals. * Poor Hygiene: The room was filthy, covered in spider webs, and crawling with insects. There was no room cleaning service during our two-night stay. * Billing Issues: Upon checkout, we were incorrectly charged double/tripple for some of the items we consumed and then eventually rectified. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into a two-day struggle. This property is not worth your money. The owner will likely deny this, but this is the unfortunate reality of our experience.

Hi Subhash, Thank you for your feedback. However, we must clarify that your complaints do not reflect our standards or the actual conditions at our property. During your stay, our staff reported incidents of throwing baby poo in flower pots and around the resort, which created sanitation concerns for other guests. If Guest like you who concerns cleanliness , should not engage in such activities. We encourage you and others to read the reviews from guests who stayed just a week before your visit, as they consistently mention positive experiences and satisfactory service. We take all feedback seriously, but in this case, your claims do not align with the majority of our guests’ experiences. Nature’s Cradle Has High end hospitality as we always deliver the same Aug 15-17 long weekend and continues guest check in , all Guests had good memories to remember, Anyway we take all reviews seriously and had passed to teams concerned, we have instructed to fine tune in all aspects mentioned.
Terrible Stay
1. While I book this resort there is no option for refund while cancellation incase of any emergency. 2. while we check in on the first day there is no supervisor so they told us to move on to the another resort which is one of their neighbourhood resort. 3. This is not the right behaviour to change the resort at the first day itself. 4. They didn’t discount any amount for this changing resort as per their wish

Very Nice property to stay with Family or Batchelor Trip and Service is too Good and Location is so Pleasant
Good Stay
Nature's cradle resort is type of homestay. Very cozy, spacious rooms with a big hall room. Best part is room service. It's so fast. Food you need to order early as they will cook for you fresh, they need time for preparing. But food is so tasty and homely. Car pickup and drop is also there. Had a nice time there.

Terrible stay dirty power cut insects rooms not clean shabby service is unimaginable i made my own breakfast food is terrible

Thanks for the time taken to review our property , we have clearly mentioned that our property do not have Bar facilities, your review seems like a reflection of your disappointment of not getting Beer, ( As you asked for it and not getting it . we usually clean , disinfect and sanitise rooms before Guest arrival , insects may have stuck to your bags during your travel by bus . Power Cuts in this rainy season are usual in Hill station, You got to be patient until generator is turned on Sir .
Average Stay
coupleCar parking is outside the premises. Hospitality good. However, pl ask for the food tariff before you order in the premises. It was such a shock when when we vacated they said that for one chicken gravy it costs rs. 1, 100- which is too much! and the whole room is transparent with transparent curtains. Anyone can see what's happening inside. Kinda less of privacy in the room.

Parking is our property’s private premises only sir , it’s in front , not outside sir About the food price , your order was for freelance country chicken 750 grams , in curry . Kindly note freelance country chicken cost Rs 750 per kg in yercaud. with all the preparations + profit . And regarding curtains , as our previous guest asked for a more brighter room , we changed the curtains sir , we shall immediately change to blackout curtains sir .
