Hotel staff was arrogant, not at all feeling like they belongs to service industry. The cockroach was roaming in the room. The bathroom was pathetic. Hotel Management not need guest seems like that. Over all I would not suggest to anyone, specially to Corporates.

Rooms are clean. Service is prompt. Staff is well trained Wide range of items at both inhouse restaurants, where one can invite even guests for healthy food options. Rooms are clean. There was water leaking on my floor corridors. The food was absolutely terrible, misrepresented in menu and for that quality of ingredients and cooking, absolutely overpriced.

During hotel booking, i was selected for room with breakfast. But when i completed the process of booking, there is no breakfast in the voucher. So be alert on the time of booking with mmt.

The Stay at the hotel was very nice and comfortable. The support staff and staff at reception counter are also too good. The breakfast and other food items are very tasty. I visited the property after almost two decades . I found the hotel to be the same , rather better. Staff were friendly. Room was nice and clean. The bar and restaurant was good. Had a wonderful time there.

The staff was very friendly and happy to help… they provided me early check in as well … The pool was clean enjoyed with family.. The breakfast was yummy… 10 out of 10

There are other better hotels around same location. Food is nothing great - Average. Guy at reception during evening hours seemed a bit rude. Rooms are not worth the price. Mosquitoes in rooms are free of charge, I guess (or maybe they are overcharging for the mosquitoes). Overall not a very good choice to stay in Jabalpur.

Location was very convenient , rooms were big enough for a single stay for a day , ... food can be better ,,, flexibility on breakfast timing is required ... over all a good experience

Locations is good, food is excellent and the service is great. Air conditioner is very noisy, could do with maintenance perhaps.

Overall good clean staff are good but I didn’t like one manager for water bottle he was asking for money

The food was good. The room was average . I had booked a super delux but the the toilet was not functioning.., n they took about 45 mnts after we checked in to fix the problem. I requestedf a room with no climbing since I was traveling with my elderly aunty. I guess it's not a place for the seniors! The travel desk gave me ridiculous rates for cabs. I believe that one can only book cabs for eight hours!. I was really disappointed with this hotel. !

Customer service is best, they ensured guest is happy. Though late night check in they help with food service and also provided 2 hours extension. Very very good

Staff asked for tips. Mattress was not good. Bathroom floor was very sleepery which holds heavy risk of falling. Finally it was an average hotel. Nothing special. Food in their restaurant was no doubt excellent.

Room was standard and not up to the rates it was charged. Check out process was terribly bad and they were not ready to address concern

The hotel is nicely located and well maintained. Staff if very good and helping. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Food is very good with lots of options, though the cost of food is bit higher side.
