1. Room size and twin bed sizes were great. 2. The food was excellent 3. the restaurant service by Farhan was exemplary. 4. front desk handling by the team was very good. Special mention for Nandini who ensured our check-in in check out was quick and smooth. Only negative being very close to a residential building

Excellent stay for sightseeing in Jabalpur

Had a 2 Diwali night stay at Welcome Hotel ITC superior room. Excellent room arrangements. Restaurant dining experience was warm and kid friendly. Chef and restaurant staff made us feel at home with their hospitality. Hotel location is nearby Bhedaghat, Pisanhari ki Madiya, Chaushasht Yogini Temple.

It was overall a pretty good stay, rooms are clean and very pretty will all amenities , staff is nice and helpful, we got upgraded to a better room.But I will not recommend their salon I asked them for a global hair colour of light brown since my natural hair colour was brown but instead got my hair all black and they casually said it will look brown in sunlight.
