Review Of Narayani Heritage Resort

This hotel is very worst, poor service, no proper hygiene, drunken staff, no manager, no room service, no maintaince, old property, unclean and dirty bathroom, no proper reception, dirty smelling room and blankets, wooden and broken beds. We stayed at this hotel worst hotel ever, if you are reading this review never book this hotel, you can get very cheap and best hotels in rajpipla by personally visiting the city, my opinion is not to book hotel especially this narayani heritage resort.

Amenities not matching the price tag, no food arrangements at resort but dhaba about 400 meter away, bathroom not properly cleaned, dth in room not recharged, 25 km from statue of unity, nice garden with sitting arrangement, good for overnight stay for families as it has four bedded rooms.

To our surprise the hotel was good for a night stay. The room is spacious and the bathroom is spacious too. Too many plug points in a room, a good corridor like varandha and a park to stroll, ac works really fine though it won't be required during winters as atmosphere in kevadia and rajpipla is pretty cold during nights and hot water to bath. The only thing in which the hotel is lacking is hotel services such as you have to tell everything to the staff to let the thing happen. The staff won't even change your rooms bedsheets or pillow cover if you don't tell them to do so. Lack of staff and availability of no in room intercom service makes it really hard to speak with staff. If you are staying in first floor you have to literally come down to reception to get any assistance from staff. Another very important thing which the hotel is lacking is dining area and restaurant services, the hotel is based on a remote location so the nearby good restaurants are pretty much far away at a distance of 3-5 kms. So that's a disadvantage other than that you won't even get drinking water services in hotel, you have to purchase your won water bottles so please come prepared in here if you want to stay. Also, last but not least there is parking space provided. Also, they provide bathroom space for your driver to freshen up. Regarding service, within hotel, i was only provided two bath soaps and that's it. Previously wherever i have stayed i have got a full package but here it was not present. So that's there. The final verdict is it's a good hotel to stay in if the disadvantages don't bother you and if you can manage a bit.

Nice place 30km prior to sou they need to add atleast morning tea rest just for stay its a good deal
