The resort should inform its guests that none of their adventure activities are in working condition. So nobody should come here with this thought that it is an adventure park

Worst experience i have ever had in a hotel

The staff were very nice, helpful and courteous. Even their gm took special care of us. The rooms were nice and clean. Especially the interiors & exteriors made of bamboo & wood gave the ambience that we were very close to the nature. The overall architecture and construction of rooms and adventure games is very good. The location of this adventure park is in a excellent location giving a very excellent view of the surroundings. The view of naukuchiatal's lake and the highway from haldwani to bhimtal and the view of nainital was mesmerizing. And above all the food was homely and very good.

View of lake from the resort is excellent. Room service is very prompt. Staff is well behaved. Nature's beauty is preserved. Exciting place for children. Adventure activities are the main highlight

We stayed for 2 days and the property staff was very corporative and rooms were also clean and nice. Thank you nap for your service

It was a difficult climb to the hotel with pathetic food and waiters were drunk at night bedsheet linoleum was not clean and not dining hall tables were of plastic no proper system overall not recommended at all

You can enjoy, sunrise and sunset from the same resort location.. full Lash green.. Bird's creeping.. Honey 🍯🐝 comb . Lake view . boat ride . local villagers.. can't explain fully.. better you come down for atleast 2 to 3 days at a stretch

We travel-led as a family group of 10. We had a pleasant stay. The food was quite good. The service was also quick and staff were always polite. The location is great with a breathtaking view of the naukuchiyatal. The only slight issue was the road to the property which was quite steep and not properly constructed. Overall we had a good stay.

Good option to chill out and to get some break from daily life routine with customize services and fun filling activities. you can enjoy with your family too they have space available for kids too... we just visited with an awesome tour 😎👍

Stay was good. Staff was very cooperative. Best part was the view was amazing from cottages. The only difficult part was to reach adventure park as the road was quite dangerous and steap. But the stay was good.

जब मैं नौकुचिया ताल पहुँचा वहाँ से होटेल का बोर्ड पढ़ के चढ़ाई शुरू कर दिया पर इतनी खड़ी चढ़ाई देख के भय लगा सोचा यही से वापस हो ज़ाऊ फिर होटेल में फ़ोन किया और बात करके थोड़ा आत्मविश्वास बढ़ा और आगे बढ़ा वहाँ पहुँचना मानता हूँ थोड़ा कठिन है पर पहुँच के जो आनंद आएगा वो शब्दों में बया नही कर सकता स्टाफ़ का व्यवहार बहुत बढ़िया है भोजन तो इतना शानदार है की क्या कहूँ मेरा सुझाव है की आप लोग जा रहे हो तो AK बार ज़रूर वहाँ जायें अगर आपको गाड़ी चढ़ाने में डर लगे तो आप लोग पहले ही काल कर ले वो लोग आके हेल्प कर देंगे

It was terrible experience, the way which leads to the property was a kaccha road 1. 5 km above the lake which in the map was 900 m straight road. It is very tough to go there and we went there by cab. Somehow we reached the property. They told us that you have booked standard room from mm t though it was the view of a hut like room when we book and they gave us a room which was stinking and very small without any view. When we asked to change the room they asked for rs 1000 more. Which finally was settled in rs 700. The room we got was not good but at least bit better than previous one. There was no ac only 2 wall fans and there was black fungus on the wall of the room. We some how spent a day there. The only thing which was good was food. We asked them to drop us to the lake which was 1. 5 km away. That asked for rs. 300 for drop and rs 300 to pick up from the lake. The whole experience spoiled our vacation. I will strongly recommend to not visit this property as people there were rude as well.

Excellent stay n awesome food, location is too good but very difficult to reach with your own vehicle thanks to staff of hotel they provide driver to park your vehicle.

The resort is located up the hill. You have to climb up a kilometer if you're on foot and if you're in your own vehicle then the terrain is very deadly. The resort charges you ₹300 each ride down and ₹300 separate for the ride up. If you sync your timings with them and only come up or go down when the owner goes then only they don't charge you. Tandoor is put up only when your order is above ₹2000. More than half the items in the menu are not available.

No wifi in rooms, far away from mall road, not suitable for children ( no child activities )

Good stay n hospital-able staff location is difficult to reach unless u have your own vehicle so pols be cautious. They need to correct google map location. Otherwise view is great and very peaceful since it's at a height on the mountains.

Fantastic resort. The cottages are just awesome. Loads of adventures. Food taste here is more than awesome. Management and staff are so humble and great. I will surely visit again
