Good stay at the hotel was pleasant to stay there as they charged less compared to the others and also were good.

We reserved 5 rooms for 3 days, but encountered issues on the first day. A lady at the reception requested payment for our food bill, which was unexpectedly high. We explained there might be an error and asked her to correct it and send the revised bill to our room, but she did not follow through. When I contacted room service, they insisted I pay the bills before receiving tea. I returned to the reception to address the discrepancies again, but was met with more charges. I argued that it wasn’t fair to pay for food we hadn’t consumed. After confirming with the kitchen, adjustments were needed, but the receptionist remained unhelpful and insisted on payment, displaying a lack of professionalism and making us wait for over an hour.

Very clean and good service and good staff. Family atmosphere. Easy approach, nice food. Recommend

No restaurant in the hotel.

Location is good..food is also good.the rooms needs upgradations. Intercom not working. But hotel staff co-operative.

Average service. High cost. Rooms are not satisfactory as it costs. Cleaning services are not good.

Rooms are not well maintened and no ventellation plus shortage of water in the bathrooms was faced by me

Ac was not working & lights gone of from 12 to 4 don’t suggest me this type of hotel worst service.

Phone in the room. Geaser in the washroom. Health faucet near the commode. Nothing was working. They have given a mobile number to call even if u need water. That mobile was switched off in the night.

Initial room provided was bad in shape & infested with mosquito. However, on request they upgraded to a really nice room.

Staff is really un professional specially the receptionist and have an habit of excessive calling and doesn’t hear properly

Front desk behaviour not good and they don't have good behaving staff also

Room of the Hotel was not clean, food was very poor and basic amenities were missing

I had a short visit to this hotel. Seems this hotel is a quite old hotel. It really needs a revamp. Linen was decent, the towel was average. Also, breakfast doesn't have a buffet, you can choose just 1 item with tea/coffee. No wall shower.

Gud budget Hotel location and food all are

The amount of money charged for the hotel is just shocking after seeing the room. The rooms were not maintained and smelling terrible. Had a torrid time at the hotel the staffs behavior was good though.
