The stay is pathetic. The staff are very unprofessional. The food is horrible. The facilities are bad. The only thing that is good about the place is view.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Taste and food quality is upto the mark. My family had a gr 8 time in the evening at the bonfire. Overall the place is a must visit

Location: It's at quite a height from Manali...but that brings beauty to this place. Wonderful property...what a scenic place it is. Well maintained and clean. You need to take a pass from base (pass for Hamta pass...on your way to the property). It's an adventurous drive from Manali to this place ...you need to know driving well...about 30 sharp curves. Property: The property caretaker Puneet and his staff are well behaved and ever smiling group who ensures that customers are well taken care...proactively. We had our driver and help with us and they could stay nearby in a wonderful homestay...they also loved their stay and food thoroughly. Food: Is delicious. We ordered whole lot of Indian food whereas my son enjoyed Pizza, momos and all. We couldn't go to Hamta pass and waterfall due to limited time we had. Heard it's another level of beauty...missed going owing to paucity of time. Will visit again.

Food was not good Staff was adamant in providing the service even those included Café was smelling very foul badly In breakfast, restaurant imposed the choice and served breakfast unhygienically and found mosquitoes into that

This place is perfectly located for all trek lovers; aim for your hamta trek locations, trek distances and plans, and accordingly you can begin for half day, full day, 1-4 days and so on... Right from services to assistance, I admire everything about Mystic Heist and will recommend it whole heartedly ❤️

Unique stay. We stayed in the dome. It is an offbeat location but they have provided literally all 5 star amenities with the best bedding and an excellent bathroom. The service by the two boys karan and hitesh were one among the best. Overall totally worth the stay. Just a reminder their portion of food is a little less so order accordingly since they make everything fresh so need to keep this in mind.

Worst stay ever. Bedhseets were not changed, there were hair etc, dustbins were not clean, no hygiene, not worth the money,

Everything was great while our stay except for the food, there was no chef in the premises. View was absolutely stunning

Had a nice stay at mystic heist, my kids loved it, friendly staff and kids loved to play with dogs. Would highly recommend to everyone. During winters. To stay. Food was good, had made arrangements for jain food also

The camp is located at a very unsafe location. The water is dripping from the ceiling. It’s at 12k feet above sea level with freezing temperatures there is no heater provided and the transport to the location is being charged more than the camp rent itself. Overall it’s a scam for tourist i had stayed for the night and checked out next day though i have already paid for 3 nights. Do-not stay at this place i believe all the reviews are fake it is not possible for this place to have this reviews.
