Review Of MTDC Fardapur

Room smells of stagnant water and moisture room. Water pressure issue, shower is a first country thing.

It was a great stay, this property is near to Ajanta caves. food and hospitality was awesome. I really loved the food.

Location excellent.Food was good . No amenities. Service was average .Overall experience is average .

this property alone is enough spoil MTDC and Maharashtra tourism in whole. Everything was wrong here. Most part of the time there was no current and the caretakers are not willing to switch on the genset. I had to beg them. the in house restaurant not functional. I found it locked all the time. Such a good investment very near to the world famous ajanta caves should have been a money spinner. when I asked the caretaker whether I have done a mistake by booking here. He said YES. So guys you decide.

Employees are well manner and polite behavior. Location is well Placed near highway and very near to ajanta caves. Food is very good and hygiene.

There is no toiletaties..staff is average..staff is not for customer, they just do work likeThey were acting as if they were doing a favor...give MTDC a corporate approach

We stayed in MTDC fardapur for 1 night(APR 1st week) in non-AC room, it was new Building room was spacious, clean. Towels and Soap were provided. There are no other decent hotels in vicinity to the Ajanta Caves. Had dinner at restaurant in premises, Food pricing and taste was value for money. Overall the best accomodation one can get near remote Ajanta caves, the property is about 10 mins in car to the caves.

The overall property was good and must say the food was awesome.

It is near ajanta caves. Food is warm & fresh, not very cheap but reasonable. Breakfast was complementary. Room & bathroom are very spacious, clean. Hot water available.

It was a pleasant stay. The people are very hospitable and rooms are cozy. The place is scenic and very close to the entry for ajanta making it convenient to reach there early and beat the crowds.

I always liked the state governments resorts they are placed at very good location. We were here just for an overnight stay, the staff was very cooperative very polite and the restaurant is also great.

Mtdc fardapur is a beautiful resort. Stay was comfortable and the food quality was good. I have few few suggestions though - 1. They should start room service or atleast serve tea in the rooms. At present they don't serve anything in the room. You will have to go to the canteen for anything you want to eat or drink including tea. 2.
