We have waited for water at morning hours in washrooms more than 3 hours . నో one cares. How are the guests suffering without water? If you call the reception, they say it is coming. , but there is no water. Hell. I don't prefer it.

Our check in time was 2pm we went there at 9pm, the hotel people made us to wait fot 1and half hour to give us the rooms. The reason they told us is they don't have staff for getting the rooms ready
