My recent three-night stay at Hotel N in Eluru was truly memorable, exceeding my expectations for a hotel in this price range. From the moment I stepped into the beautifully designed lobby, I knew I was in for a treat.

Fan doesn't work , AC controls doesn't work , Towels are not good , Bedsheets are witty and Flush doesn't work in washroom

Good, breakfast or some snacks to be provide upto boarding passengers it is the basic requirement

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel N. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, clean and equipped with all the amenities I could need. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere — perfect for a restful night’s sleep. I had just small complaint about the bed linen with spots.

Misleading, Money-Hungry Management – Horrible Experience This hotel is a complete disappointment and honestly feels like a scam in disguise. I had booked a 2-day stay with standard check-in at 12 PM. I arrived early at 7:40 AM and was charged ₹1500 for early check-in — fair enough, but here's the catch: nobody informed me that my checkout would also be pulled forward to 8 AM on the last day. Then, on checkout day, out of nowhere, I'm told to leave by 8 AM unless I pay another ₹1500. Are you serious? That's not just unprofessional — it's pathetic. They trap you with surprise charges and act like it’s “their system” — a convenient excuse for poor service and zero transparency. And of course, the receptionist who collected my payment and gave me no information about these “policies” was missing when it came time to answer questions. Someone else just repeats the script like a robot, offering no help. This messed up my entire day’s work schedule, all because of their internal mess and lack of basic communication. If this is how they treat paying guests, they don’t deserve to run a hotel. The rooms? Just average. Nothing special. Definitely not worth the stress, the extra charges, or the shady behavior. If you're heading to Eluru for any serious work or value your time and peace of mind, STAY AWAY from this hotel. One of the worst experiences I've had. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism

Stay was good but not very professional. AC switch is kept at the Reception and we have to call to switch on the AC. Morning coffee is available only by 8:00 AM, which is useless. Either it should be available by 6:00 AM atleast Sachets and Water heater should be available in the room.

The hotel was good, with a beautiful atmosphere and incredibly helpful staff. The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable. Location: Mention the proximity to attractions, restaurants, or public transportation. Staff: Highlight friendly, helpful, and efficient service.

hygiene and food taste is just awesome, during g my stay for 2 days. Staff also polite and attentive.

The stay was very comfortable with good spacious rooms and the food was also very good. the staff was very good and the check-in and out process was also easy.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The property is located in a prime area with easy access to public transport, shops, and attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The food was delicious with a variety of options. The staff was polite, helpful, and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway or business trip.

The rooms are good and spacious. Employees are polite and quick response for queries. The food was tasty and the restaurant service was good.

Generally hotel was good. Wifi was not working, we need use our won mobile data. For coffee and tea needs to go out.

Room was not clean. It had fungus on sofa. The upholstery was not clean- the bed covers etc. Then my room was changed. While booking there was no mention that i will not get a tea maker in the room. Now there’s no tea maker and their kitchen also opens at 8:00 am

Compared to previous stay now i am disappointed regarding service. Washroom taps, flush are leaking. Not rectified even after my complaint/request. Overall experience is satisfactory com p ared to previous experience of excellent.
