Resort is amazing and the way they guest is soo good.the location of resort is so convenient to go to the jungle safari..and coming to food veg is good .and non-veg is so bad ..they are taking time to serve food …overall good 😊🙌

The experience was really good. The ambience was refreshing due to its natural feel. However, pool cleanliness was not properly maintained. This can be improved.

Good Stay
The stay was beautiful. The location was great. We stayed in a cottage with two rooms but its only downside was that it had 1 washroom for both the rooms and 1 room was on 1st floor. The food was good but could be better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to visit again.

The overall experience and stay was good, the only disappointment was that the villa we booked had an attic room which could accommodate two more people easily. This was not mentioned when we made the booking as this would have saved us the cost for booking an additional room as our existing Villa could easily accommodate all 4 adults.

Had night stay with family.service was good clarity was provided on food delivery timings.food quality was good ...little costly but ok.location and amenities are good..frankly speaking not utilized much during this stay but in future will be enjoying the same.Regarding villa..ac cover was not there..may be miss from electrician but felt little bit as safety matters and should have been fixed before itself.but stay was very good..thanks

The resort was good but the mismanagement was the issue.. The maximum food menu was not available, reception staff were rude, There was a disturbance at midnight, some staff rang the bell by mistake at 2 am in the night. which was very disturbing, Hospitality wasn't good at all, no welcome gesture even behaved improperly when asked to send a staff for luggage. Most of the food we tried to order from the menu card was not available. Very pathetic stay.

Well and big property but cleanliness required ( they can learn from Mogli Bandavgarh which was well maintained ) but they need to work on customer experiences and responsiveness. Breakfast was not ready as a result mine safari delayed by half hour. Many things needs improvement.
