Review Of MNR Resorts

I recently visited on 15 august At MNR Resort resort was Good! I left my Wallet There! And left for panchmari when I called and informed them about this! They Helped me a lot staff is Good

wrong details of room and photo uploaded on line on make my trip.. same issue raised to staff but staff very rude and not supporting .. not accepting mistake.. not recommended for stay

The place is good with clean rooms and good food. But the room service felt a bit slow, can be improved.

The exilent property looks so nice The service is very good sincere staff and very alert. The food is so very tasty

No hot water, no proper services, no scene of entering in room, never suggest anyone to stay. No wi-fi service, no proper breakfast, no proper staff.

Worst experience ever, very bad service, did not get breakfast till 8:30 even though it was complementary

Room was well maintained but did not have proper circulation. Hot water took a long time and the service was very poor. I had to ask 4 times for fresh towels but still dint get them in my room.

Wifi service not available and poor internet, the ask for change room where internet available then no help for that

very bad geaser is not working & breakfast was very bad not in taste,laundary bag not provided & hand towel is not available at hotel very disappointed 😞

No service, bad bed sheets, no hot water. I was told there is no booking then i sorted out the booking from there mail id

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled

Air conditioner not a good condition and electricity also not continue.

Very slow in room service. They took 45 mins just to provide menu card. Morning tea took 1 hr. The property is decent though

Property is good and well maintained. Clean room and ambience was good. Staff was polite and food was also good.

Location is perfect, delicious food available with all amenities like swimming pool. Staff also very good

No room service as there is no intercom facility available, no warm water, room hygiene was not good, fan was making sound

There was no hot water. Toilets were dirty. The room was not ready even when though we reached 2hrs past check in time. We were charged for 5 extra people though only 2 extra guests had stayed back. Over all not up to the mark.

The property is descent. But it is highly under staffed. The resort took bookings inspite of their inability to provide service. There were a lot of service issues. The management could not provide extra beddings until midnight. They didn't provide dinner and we had to arrange takeout from out restaurants nearby. Pathetic services in all aspects.

Rooms are big. But no conveyance from hotel. If you are not going my own car, then should avoid. Food taste hs good
