It is good for a stay and the food is also good and a very comfortable hotel in the market place in etawah

Had a wonderful and comfortable experience at Mmazz Hotel, I went there with my parents and my husband and enjoyed a comfortable stay. Staff are very friendly and polite, they did everything they could and were so very accomodating, absolutely recommend this hotel !

There was no night light in the room, so the choice was sleeping in darkness or bright light. Only one blanket was provided for two guests. They were not very sure if the room charges included complimentary breakfast or not. Room per say was nice, but the cleanliness of the bathroom must be checked before the guest arrives.

Everything is nee t and clean in this hotel all staff is good and polite professional fast service so overall it's a good place to stay

The property is located in a congested region. For the price, the facilities are really ordinary. Because of the ambience of the room, i upgraded my room. Budget hotel service. Because there is no parking available, i must park my car on the main road in front of the hotel. The staff was courteous.

Good for stay. Very near to railway station. Prompt service. Cooperative staff. Washroom needs improvement

Room were average. As per price they were offered to me i think it is little expensive

I came to etawah for official work. Needed a single room just for 1night. Was looking for places near the station. I came across mmazz. Just 5min from etawah station. If your coming by train and taking an auto don't pay him more than 10 or 20 rs. The room at mmazz was clean. Staff was polite and courteous. Food quality was good. But there was problem with tv. Twice the staff had to come to recharge it. Also the recharge lasted only till midnight. It was ok for me as i was checking out next day. Landline in the room never worked. U had to call from your phone for any room service. Extra mineral water was charged. I booked room including breakfast. I ordered 2 dishes. Wen i checked out i saw i was charged for 1. So room with breakfast means just 1item from the menu. And this wasn't told to me at check in. Overall just an average stay. If your looking to stay for a longer duration i would not recommend this place.
