I booked 2 delux room but when I checked in I got two different sized room. I insisted many times to the hotel owner and workers but didn’t do anything.first they denied and then agreed that rooms size r different.but had not helped me with any refund.

It was a horrible experience to stay in this hotel. Hotel staff were extremely unprofessional. They were in a hurry and did not believe in customer service. There are a lot of issues in the room like the door lock was broken, no plates were available for food , and a mouse was in the room.

There were issues with bathroom i.e the shower was broken there was no latch on the bathroom door and in room the fan regulator was broken as well, rest everything was good

Owner’s behaviour is not good .He talked to us very illiterate way...........

Only stay is good there is not any facilities of food ,location is also interior not easy to reachable.

Booked 2 rooms. Rooms were very nice. in one Room TV was missing and Lock was not proper. Service was good during check in but Service was worst during check out. No proper arrangements for breakfast. Even during checkout , bags were not shifted to my car.

I stayed in this hotel for one night, i.e 15-16 February 2025. The hotel needs to work a lot on its cleanliness. The chairs kept in the room were not at all clean. The washroom was smelly. The exhaust fan in the washroom was not working. The towels kept as doormats in front of the washroom were also dirty. I was not satisfied with the overall experience.

Good stay! hotel is in the market with almost everything available. Had the option to order from zomato or swiggy. Best thing about the hotel is its coffee.

It was good. Overall good experience. A little bit difficult to reach the property so don't get confused, but it has enough space to park the car

Mosquitos in very large quantity, no tv working, no internet wifi, taps of bathroom are damaged, no intercom e working, very bad experience

Staff behaviour was excellent specially manager's. But rooms were very dirty. The food quality was also not good. Washroom were really dirty and not usable. The property location was a bit convenient. Basic facilities were not available, like toiletories

The staffs were good, they allowed 1 hour extra as late checkout. But the bedsheets and washrooms were not clean, which were replaced on request. The ac started leaking within 30 mins of starting, where the technician wasn't available to fix it. Overall, it was an average experience.
