Room was so clumsy. No amenities. Not even key of the room was given. bathroom/washroom were below average. No tv in the room. No hand towel. Neither shampoo nor bathing gel nothing. Overall not a good experience in anyway.

Third class property Romm size is to small according to Dulux room... Urine smell all over area in delux room....Book for tow days stay only 10 minutes......plz Ban this property in make my trip

Booked delux room but ac not working and guisure not working also blanket is dirty, also behaviour of talking very bad language.

I had booked a luxury room and it turned out to be a complete mess that's why i did not even enter. I had given the room keys and came back. I did not enter the room.

Reception staff is arrogant and irresponsible and even basic services not available in deluxe ac room. Hot water not available even during winters. Geyser controlled by the hotel staff, you can not use it as per your requirement.

Location was good and room was clean but basic amenities are missing. They give water glass only on demand, that too plastic ones. Two chair sin the room were of different type. Tv doesnt show any channel. Bed sheet was gravy stained. For soap and towel, you need to ask several times, you will get it if you are lucky.
