SWASTIK HOTEL AND RESTAURANT

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The overall experience was smooth and comfortable. The hotel ambience was nice, and the lighting throughout the property was bright and welcoming, which created a relaxing atmosphere. There were no issues with electricity, and the power supply was consistent during my stay, which made it very convenient. The staff members were polite, professional, and always ready to help whenever needed. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms and the common areas was well-maintained, and everything was kept in proper order. Overall, I found the property to be comfortable and reliable, and I would definitely recommend it to others for a hassle-free and pleasant stay.

I stayed at this hotel, but the experience was disappointing. The housekeeping was not up to the mark – the bed was not cleaned daily, and both the room and washroom were not maintained properly. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation for any guest, and it was lacking here. The hotel definitely needs to improve its hygiene standards and provide better upkeep for guests’ comfort.

Horrible experience. Lift not working, stinking smell in room & washroom, termite in wardrobe, only electric kettle was available no tea/coffee available. Commode seat was broken, washbasin tap was leaking. Doormat was too dirty. Light on roof was broken. My breakfast was included in stay , but they didnt provided breakfast. intercom was not working . i would advice no one to stay in this hotel. unprofessional & inexperienced staff.
