Review Of Matoshree Villa | Rooms & Caretaker

Actually we check in at 1100 pm on 16 jun 22 & check out at 630am on 17jun22. They had provided drinking water but in the morning they couldn't provide morning tea despite requesting for tea.

Was told due to power outage full day, taken to another bad location with below standard facilities, was given back rs 2100, i need full refund, bad experience, later evening crosschecked, power was on.

It's good place if planning with family

Ok. No tv, no wifi and poor service can be excusable due to Covid.

It was a good experience overall. The maid was sweet and amazing.

I stayed for about 10 hours there, staff was helpful and caring.

Budget-friendly property with a good location. Caretaker and other staff's behavior was polite and helpful. They have provided me a clean and decent room with the basic necessities. Overall it was a good stay. I will recommend this property to my friends.

The location was very easily accessible. The staffs were very good specially the caretaker was very co-operative. They have provided the breakfast was delicious. The property was located in the main City of Nagpur and the service provided by them was very good. Must recommended to others.

I wanted to catch flight next day, so I stayed overnight here. Not a hotel but room in villa as told by MMT.

The property was excellent, comfortable, neat and clean. The behaviour of the staff was excellent and very homely. I felt like home. Breakfast is excellent (home cooked).

It was an average stay. When we reached Nagpur I called them to confirm the location but they said that the room is not available they provided me an alternate room that room was just OK. It was having a separate bathrooms. Location wise it was easy to find.

It was a terrible stay. They provide the most unsatisfactory service. Nothing was good except the staff. The property was new but maintenance was not good. The rooms were very small. Not worth full at all.

Good place for a short stay while travelling.

Don't expect any type of service. No food, room or any type of service is available. Worst place to stay. Single man running the hotel. Even when he have work he will you and go out to complete his work. Worst to pay money at this hotel. My experience is very bad. I stay one night and 2-3 time person go out and locked the hotel.
