it is very poor ... not suitable for family... no clean, very bad smell in room and pillow at all....

We stayed one night. The location was good. Just behind tea factory. Rooms were neat and clean. We had food from outside. But they told if we order early they will arrange. Overall it was good.

We booked 2 rooms in rock villa for two nights from 22nd of december. The check in time was given as 2pm and we reached on time. But still room wasn't ready and we need to wait another half-hour for check in. After checking in we found that bedsheets and pillows cases were dirty and stinky and in worn out conditions. Though it was given as child friendly, in this pandemic conditions as we were traveling with kid proper hygiene was expected. We asked to change these and it were replaced with good ones. Though the toilet was clean the bucket inside was pathetic conditions. Also room was not properly cleaned. We booked standard room but one room came without water heater. All most all windows had broken locks and not properly sealed. Amenities which was mentioned but not available was tv, hangers, towel, mineral water, cloth rack, showercap, sanitizer. One with balcony had seating arrangement so that we can enjoy the beautiful landscape which was a plus point. A roof top is also available to enjoy the nature's beauty. Location of the property is perfect as its near all attractions. But road from main road to hotel is in very bad condition. Overall it was an good stay for budget price.

The hospitality was good and they were all helping as there was an issue

The location was good and hotel was neat and clean. The room was decent but 1 room has 3 small beds. Waste of money on rooms. The service was good and staff behavior was also polite. Everything was good except the room description was not properly mentioned.

Excellent for family vacation

Vagamon is a beauty of itself and this Resort has rooms with great view. The incharge is friendly and he will arrange for food and jeeps upon request.

Very kind and good staff, location is good, food is not available in the resort but is provided from other hotels and options are minimal.
