Located very near by of main mandu fort. with full parkinh space and valley view. but old rooms with poor maintenance.

Very old property and very badly maintained. The property is not being maintainedAll most all the rooms have got wall seapage and the washrooms are very hygienic with broken commodes and geysers are working. I strongly recommend to look for other properties. There are many good properties available. Not worth for the money. You will definitely repent after looking the the room’s condition.

Property needs extensive renovation.I have been told from next month it is going to be dismantled and will go renovation. Can understand the state of property!!

Will not come again to Malwa retreat as rooms are very bed Ac was not working toilet sheet was not working rooms are smelling very poor experience. I would suggest that don't go to these hotel and overall experience was not good.

location is on d main road,staff is goodand food is tasty.Rooms r spacious but little old construction. Overall good

the room is very poor,not clean,and the walls are cracked. All the furniture is damaged. The washroom was pathetic no amenities.TV is not working. Wifi not working,hygiene issues were there. Why make my trip charged so high for this hotel I dont know.total westage of money.

First- no jio network is working at that location Second- refrigerator is not working in that room Third-AC is also not working at its full capacity

it's just an OK Hotel to Spend a night max as its very small but it's located in good area. Staff is also cooperative but they can't do much to improve the amenities.

Our family's stay at Malwa Retreat, the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Department hotel located in Mandu, was truly delightful. The hotel's location is top-notch, surrounded by lush greenery. The behavior of the staff is also commendable. For a clean, safe, and comfortable stay, our family highly recommends Hotel Malwa Retreat.

Stay was ok not as expected but its bearable. Food was also good but a bit expensive. Over all its average if you want to enjoy try any other resort

They are cheats they did not give us breakfast in our breakfast plan. Taps were broken and the room was in a devastated condition. The washroom had no exhaust and the cook refused to certain food items directly out of laziness. They charged high price for nothing

Property is not maintained. Door closing is problematic. Bats entered the room. Taps of wash room not maintained. Breakfast choice very limited.

it was completely bad service and hygiene. they even don't have double bed sheet. Never ever choose this hotel.

Location is good but maintenance of rooms are poor. Geyser not working, bedsheets used, food is overpriced and choice limited.

Stay was very comfortable. Location was just beside valley ( what we wanted). Food was delicious and in good amount. Manager, staff and assistant were very cooperative. Manager even managed to provide one room for us after check out when one of our guests was not feeling well.

The property is in terrible condition! The manager is cooperative, but it seems the condition of the hotel is beyond his control. Shabby room, shabby mattress, extremely bad, stained toilet, Telephone not working, old dilapidated furniture. Just stay away from this place!

Our experience at Malwa Retreat was extremely disappointing. The rooms are in a dilapidated condition. A roadside lodge would have been in a far better condition. The less spoken is better. This room tariff should have been Rs 800 to 1000 max. The owners have planned to demolish the complete structure and re-build it. They are running it till they get permission and clearance from various authorities. I did not expect such bad experience from a property Thumbs down for that.
