Amenities mentioned while booking was not at all provided by the hotel. Rooms and beding was terribly dirty and un higienic. Horrible stay not even able to sleep. Best Regards,

Booked for one night 15th nova to 16th nova nice clean, spacious rooms, with courteous staff clean linen and good room service

Very well located hotel, calm, quiet, nice room and pleasant view. very friendly staff

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very well behaved and cooperative.

The room was large, hot water worked. But room was not very clean and had very little furniture. Location was good in the center of the village

Hotel room was in very bad condition, plaster was peeling off, had water seepage marks every where. There was spitting marks on the wall. Sofa had so dirty cushion that worked as repellent for us to use it. Bed sheets, pullover had urine marks. Towels didn't seem to be washed for months. Flush in bathroom was not working. Overall all waste of money.

Hotel is located at good location near by the various spots of Mandu but the allotted room Room was not in well conditioned. Sofa was not cleaned and dampness were on walls. Needs more cleaning and room maintenance🙏🙏

It was a family visit. Room is of good size. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the market and center to all the tourist attractions. Room is ok for a day stay.

Overall staying conditions in hotel uday malwa were terrible, due to our bad experience we had cut short our stay for one day. As we had paid the advance booking money for whole stay, so kindly it is my humble request to refund one day room stay charges. I am a regular traveller and i use to book hotels through your esteemed organization so i am looking forward to get my one day advance booking money. Thanks

One Day stay. No breakfast is included in cost. Old building not maintained properly. Food is average quality. Location is on road near to market. Avarage hygiene. Safety good.
