Hotel room was in very bad condition, plaster was peeling off, had water seepage marks every where. There was spitting marks on the wall. Sofa had so dirty cushion that worked as repellent for us to use it. Bed sheets, pullover had urine marks. Towels didn't seem to be washed for months. Flush in bathroom was not working. Overall all waste of money.

Hotel is located at good location near by the various spots of Mandu but the allotted room Room was not in well conditioned. Sofa was not cleaned and dampness were on walls. Needs more cleaning and room maintenance🙏🙏

As we had paid the advance booking money for whole stay, so kindly it is my humble request to refund one day room stay charges.
