We had booked three rooms for one day and reached the hotel around 2:30 AM. As per the booking, the standard checkout time was 12 PM. Due to a heavy rush at the temple, I politely requested an extension until 2 PM. However, the front desk manager rudely refused, stating that unless we paid for an additional full day, we would not be allowed to access the room or even keep our luggage.
the staff was uncooperative and disrespectful. After a brief argument, we were forced to vacate the rooms immediately. This was one of the worst front office experiences I’ve ever had — extremely unprofessional and insensitive staff, especially considering we only requested a short two-hour extension.
