The hospitality was very nice and cleanliness was upto mark.Staff were well coming and took every care to make our stay comfortable.

Poor Stay
Room is very small. Total space occupied by bed only. There is no space to stand itself. Have to keep all your belongings on bed only. It is horrible for women. I do not recommend for families/couples. May be ok for solo men who can adjust in small space. Good thing is near to temple 5 min walk.

Terrible Stay
Very poor services, no lift no ventilation, I went to the property at the time of 8 PM. We shocked to see the premises. There is no parking. No responsible workers are working work there, but the owner of the property is a nice and soft person . I spoke to him and I explained my difficulties with climbing stairs and all , I demanded my money back and he return my money. Thanks to the owner, but the amenities are poor and it is in the under construction. That's all.

Terrible Stay
accommodation is very poor. rate is very high. I booked 2 nights, but, came out after one night. I have sent a mail to claim one day refund, but, no response from you. I am very terribly upset about your choice, service, refund.

The room was very small can’t even walk beside bed and AC not working full of water coming from Indore AC beds sheets was not cleaned servers where there for asking Tips better don’t sugest this hotel

worst experience we had. They have changed our room type which we have paid .They give basic room, if we didn't notice they ll leave as such.there is no alternate power supply during power cut from 11pm to 2 am. In room television is not in use condition. basic requirement are not fulfilled.

No lift facility. AC remote not working properly. No Tv provided. Don't recommend such hotels next time.

Good Stay
"We had a comfortable stay at Grand Inn! The rooms were cozy, with a king-size bed, and the bathroom was well-maintained with hot running water. The AC worked well, and the staff was accommodating. Although the building was undergoing repair work, it didn't disturb us much. One suggestion for improvement would be adding a lift, as we had to use the stairs. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with no major complaints. Would recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!"

Hotel was not big . Don’t go by images. Some renovation is going on. Better book hotels near temple

It was alright
The room was okay but the construction was still going on and there was no lift available. I booked two rooms and the big room was spacious and everything was soo good but in the other room the fan was not working. But the staff resolved it quickly. My only problem was that the construction work was still going on and it was noisy when we were trying to rest.

helper balan is good.but hotel is terrible .no lift.no cleanliness.just ac with bed.renovstion is going on,so they should not have alot rooms in that floor.sound pollution
