Very disappointed,nothing like the photo,zero cleanliness..old property looks like need to repairing

Hotel was in poor condition and dust was there on bedsheet and even sufficient light were also concerned. Tap Water was so dirty that you can't wash your hands Services were also poor

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Madhav – The Lap of Luxury. The hygiene standards were shockingly poor. There were rats in the room and even in the ceiling, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be luxurious. The bad smell in the room made it hard to stay indoors, and the mosquito problem was severe and dangerous. It felt like the room hadn't been cleaned or fumigated in a long time. Overall, the hotel lacks basic maintenance and cleanliness. I urge the management to take these issues seriously before someone gets hurt or falls ill. Definitely would not recommend this hotel until they fix these critical problems.

Very bad experience at madhav's lap of luxury, day one we stayed room there is light not working properly wall paint was very bad, and next day staff shifted our bags another room.

Staff behaviour was very bad. And I haven't got breakfast which was included in my booking.

Booked the highest category room still got a dirty filthy room, spider webs and dust layer everywhere, muddy water, ac makes noise, all in all pathetic stay

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while it had some good aspects, overall it didn’t live up to expectations, especially for the price. The amenities were quite basic and could be improved. Room hygiene was just about average, with noticeable areas that could have been cleaner. For couples, the lack of services and attention to detail was disappointing. The overall atmosphere was decent, but considering the price, it didn’t feel justified.

Hotel is full of mosquitoes, could you believe there is no water in the toilet, rooms and the hotel is terribly dirty and the intercom is also not working, i found an empty whiskey bottle in the bed side drawer, it seems that the room was not cleaned before my checkin

Bathroom me ganda paani aata hai, service ekdum bakwas hai. Food quality also not so good. Fully waste of money.

Kind of ok, it seems like a newly built property with access to nearby market, but their wifi was slow, on day 1 tap had muddy water, their room service guy was asking for tip, room was comfortable but kind of dirty, dust was all around the table, tea kettle wasn’t even washed once and it was smelling like hell. I will rate it 4/10.

Well located on the main road. Parking was available. Staff was good. Interiors were very good and clean.

Worst location, no parking facility as mentioned by makemytrip, even mmt does not verify before offering to customers. No lights in the room, oil spilled all over the rooms, bathroom not clean, 3100 charged for such a worst experience. Not suitable for family strictly.

Had an amazing experience in madhav hotel. Room service was good and quick. Very neat and hygienic rooms. Hotel food was also good.
