Stayed at Hotel Lords Eco Inn on August 18, 2025. The rooms were compact, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, with about 70% unsure of their roles or duties. They relied heavily on a few experienced staff members.
Despite booking breakfast and dinner, the dinner options were limited to a single advance buffet item, regardless of dietary preferences. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 AM, but it wasn't ready until 8:30 AM, leaving us waiting for nearly 1.5 hours.
The hotel's amenities and services seem more suited to a 2-star establishment, similar to OYO or Township hotels. However, the prices are considerably higher. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I'd caution others to manage their expectations."
