Review Of Lords Eco Inn Dehradun

My stay there was pleasant. I had read some mixed reviews about them online, but one doesn't need to pay attention to them. The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch, it was well maintained and the room keeping staff was very cooperative. Although we did face an altercation, during the checkout, we were accused of using one of the items from the minibar, which we hadn't, but they weren't ready to even listen to our point of view. It was later cleared that their staff made a mistake in counting the items, and we were spared. It is human to make mistakes but the handling of that matter could have been better. Regardless, I would rate my stay 8/10, while giving special mention to their cleaning (10/10).

Stayed at Hotel Lords Eco Inn on August 18, 2025. The rooms were compact, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, with about 70% unsure of their roles or duties. They relied heavily on a few experienced staff members. Despite booking breakfast and dinner, the dinner options were limited to a single advance buffet item, regardless of dietary preferences. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 AM, but it wasn't ready until 8:30 AM, leaving us waiting for nearly 1.5 hours. The hotel's amenities and services seem more suited to a 2-star establishment, similar to OYO or Township hotels. However, the prices are considerably higher. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I'd caution others to manage their expectations."

It was a great experience to stay at this Hotel.  Breakfast & lunch was very good with both cold and hot dishes. Excellent staff & they are helpful in nature. We will definitely stay there again!

location is good. room is small. also twin bed rooms have no window. rooftop restaurant actually does not have much view food is ok

Food and services are quite good. Guys at food service were great and quite supportive. Overall great stay.

Our stay at [lord's eco inn dehradun] was truly exceptional! the location in the heart of dehradun and the rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of local and international options. A perfect choice for a relaxing mountain getaway

The room was not that neat and clean. And it did not have any accessories in the bathroom and the size of the bathroom was very small. It was not at par with the bathroom size info available in the mmt platform. Additionally, the food menu was not that good and buffet area was very small. The lift sound was so high that it was coming inside the room. And it was very irritating to stay at that place. Would never recommend staying at that property in the future to anyone.

Staff was helpful. N though rooms were small, they were absolutely clean. They guided us well about different places in the city
