Pleasant Stay with neat and clean room. Staff behaviour was also very Good. Overall Excellent Experience.

very nice hotel .Hotel parking space is very nice .nice stay at Sultanpur. Hotel staff is co operative.

Stay is good at hotel but services are bit slower than expected although overall stay us good.

1- hygiene not maintained on room. 2- bathroom not cleaned properly, insects are on floor. 3- food (cost cutting) by hotel. Ordered peanut masala, peanut amount is very less and masala is full.

Kyan cl-ark is a not a hotel to stay. Many times i asked to reception to change my room as there is water leakage from basin while using. No door mat, room mat was provided. Asked for room essential like soap etc then they arrange. Nothing feeling to stay in clark.

Property's location is 1-2 km. Far away from city. Hotel is good but there is no much cleanliness, washroom taps are out of control, there is not cleanliness.

Mr.Tiwari atvthe reception has a great attitude and is very kind and helpful. very hard working and genuine employee 👏👏 writing this on my own and not on anyone's request.

One of the best Hotel in Sultanpur. Nice location, good room. Provide all the necessary toiletries and essential like both hand and Bath towel, tea maker, water bottle etc. Very cooperative and professional staff. Highly recommended.

When I entered in hotel no one at the reception after 15 min somebody come and told me I call someone when he comes both r talking about he is from MMT. Then they give me key room no 119. I order tea at 7 pm after I call him 3 time I got my tea at 7:50. then I am planning for dinner I reached At restaurant 9:15 than we so luck me and my boss room no 104, we got our dinner at 10. Dal was like no words when we talk to the manager he said yaha to aise he banti hai thank god we got Kadhai panner it's good from other than we order misse roti. I never eat this type of missi roti, we complain about this but answer is same yaha to aise he banti hai. Overall very bad experience. I and my boss never stay at this hotel. No words for breakfast, if people charge 3000 rs for one room and services like this.

Overall performance has detonated of this hotel. Mr Tiwary at reception is a fine and helping person. Food is not good. Room service is not good. Cleanliness of bathroom is not good. Once it was a good Hotel but not now.

Location good but property poorly maintained, restaurant unclean stingy, nlow averageo proper bucket in rooms, rooms good but house keeping poor. The property is good but cleanliness has to be considered, front desk staff dedicated and nice temparament restaurant below average

Highlight is the location as the hotel is located on the entrance of sultanpur. Service and breakfast was. Though they forgot to give breaf slices along with the omelette. This is forgetable. Rest was fine ..

Excellent Hotel in Sultanpur with all amenities and good service, It s located on main road which is very convenient, rooms are clean, very cooperative staff .. And I will recommend it to everyone who wish to stay in Sultanpur.

Simply, OK, not a good stay, I'd book executive room but room look like normal deluxe. AC was not working properly, no hot water also very small room for executive category. Complimentary breakfast was OK but the service level was good. Overall, below our expectations and of-course, below average.
