Hotel Minitel Inn

Not as per the expectations , room was not good ,also not a good location ,so not a good experience with time.

1. Mattress was not cleaned properly. 2. No complimentary water bottle. Overall experience is quite average.

Overall good experience, staff are very humble and cooperative, food is very tasty. I have suggestions for hotel. Room maintenance quality must upgrade now because faucets are leaking, toiletries provided are not up to the mark, some of the lights and sockets are not working. If it's maintained, more and more corporate employees will prefer this hotel.

Pathetic at this price, dirty, smelly room, flush not working, bedsheet torn, reception one staff, food costly, no service

Worst hotel i have ever seen in my life place was dirty, ac not was working, table and wall was broken in every room. Behavior was so bad of those people. And costly hotel without any service

Worst experience. Pay the charges and you will realize who actually you are paying to. If you want to save yourself from any sort of deception, never book this hotel.

Over priced hotel, room of rs was sold in, very pathetic, room was having very bad smell, linen was not washed and towel was also dirty, when i requested to change the room they said all the rooms as booked. Very poor hotel. Not recommended.

Hotel location is center of city and shops, movie theatre near hotel. Food is very tasty and quality

No cleanness, massquto, dirty pillo and bed sheet, no proper service, no lift and poor staff management, dirty stair and glasses

Me and my family had a very short stay of 06 hrs. Rooms were ok and behaviour of the staff was good. But the hotel was not in good state. Some renovation work is going on the items were lying around. Many places of the hotel was covered in dust. But i guess the hotel will be in much better state in peak season

Minitel inn. Sultanpur is well managed hotel with all facilities which required. Food supplied is well cooked and tastey. Overall, it was good trip.
