Good location but bad stay

The Hotel is situated in a good location, it was near the Sultanpur bus stand. But I would like to mention that the tariff plan is higher with no facilities provided, there was no breakfast or dinner buffet available at the Hotel. And there was no staff to assist at the reception. Although the Hotel was clean, there was no intercom facility in the room. Overall not so good experience.
