not a right place to stay with family as it surrounded by bar and poor mgmt
It’s in prime location but huge issues on Parking , mosquitoes issue and bedspreads are not clean ..

Average Stay
The stay was okay but was not upto the expected marks as mentione no wifi support no proper switches and since my stay is only for the night i was managing it

Comfortable stay!
Location within the town. Comfortable room. Clean sheets. Parking available. Helpful staff. We were on a temple tour and had chosen to stay in karaikal because of the location. And yes, eating out was very convenient with shree kandhaas restaurant just around the corner, less than five minutes away

Hotel experience was good but some times water not available in washroom, bed & pillow are not properly cleaned window locks are broken kumaran residency has a lot more to change in infra & cleanliness

Poor Stay
I have paid for breakfast and dinner along-with room rent. But the restaurant was closed. They have not refunded the amount. Very upset.

Pretty okfor the price
Good location. Spacious & clean rooms for the cost. Adequate parking. Didn't quite taste the food at the hotel, but good joints available in close proximity. Staff were polite. Toiletries, towels to be carried by the guest. Too many mosquitoes - we were caught unprepared there. Hope you don't.

unkempt and noisy…
The room was unkempt. Curtains torn. It was such a basic hotel with not much amenities. Took us an hour just to locate where it was… we kept getting to the wrong place - noise from the bar was way past midnight

Good normal hotel
familyIt’s very normal hotel to stay - decently clean and sufficient amenities. Parking is little tight if more than 6 cars. Good location

Since last 4 years i am staying here, both bus & train transport facilities are near hotel, beach is also few km away, multiple restaurants available near property

Facility is okay, though expected better
This property is located in central kairaikal, about 300 mts from the o la church & 2 kms from the beach. Hotel bldg looks good from the outside. The bf meal was provided by the hotel (as i booked for the same, it was good and got from a good local restaurant (vada and dosa. However, few amenities were a challenge including old rooms, not well-furnished interiors, not modern toilets, etc. Would rate it moderately.

Stay was average! could be better!
Room service & cleaning was not done. Bed sheets and blankets given were torn a little bit and looks like it wasn't washed in a while. (little dusty. The bathroom exhaust fan space was big enough for affecting one's privacy. Opposite side building people could see what is in the toilet. (only if tried to see. This is just a privacy concern. Too many mosquitos at night even after putting repellent and closing all doors. Rest all just fine.
