I opted for a non Ac room where the windows did not close properly and ended up getting mosquito bites entire night which is a very bad experience for any tourist, when contacted they said only ac rooms are well maintained and non ac ones are like this only, which is a very bad thing

It is walkable distance for nalan pond. And hotel guide mr. Ganesh is really nice person. He is explained all the details perfectly. And toilet is very neat & clean in this property. And there was no food. Property opposite side good food in all times. Hotel name is om sakthi mess.

The property was not having a full time attendant to take care of our needs. There was no help available when needed, and there was no help available when we were complaining about the non-availability of hot water,

The hosts were very kind and accommodative even when we requested to check-in extremely late at 1 AM. The staff were welcoming and answered to our requests promptly. Will choose this place whenever we come to Karaikal again.

It was ok for a night stay. Very close to Nala Theertham. And Saneeswarar rumble. No restaurant nearby. But they assisted in getting food for the night. Tv projector not functioning properly. Bathroom tap was leaky and the bathroom was flooded.
