Terrible Stay
Location is very poor roads are not good and can't reach as per Location. As shown pictures on MMT sight not shown same and outside is dirty. rooms are so smells. Ac not working properly. canot suggest any one

Poor Stay
Instead of deluxe room not sure what kind of room was given and then on asking the manager he started explaining with some excuses really poor hygiene lots of mosquitoes flying around doens't own a room service they have room service from some restaurant which is quite far away and takes ages to deliver food. All in all very poor stay and very bad experience.

Good Stay
The room is good and well maintained, but in room there is no mirror to get ready, in bathroom there no shower and space to keep toiletries, food is good and staff also well behaved can suggest for others

Overall good to stay in the price range. Room was good. Mirror in room was unavailable. Staff were polite and cooperative. Location was away from main temple and front entry of hotel was messey.

It's not at all a hotel for corporate executives not worth it for even 2000 and i'm charged 2999 it's simply cheating by mm t as we had faith in you rats and insects were in room awaked throughout till 4pm please re-look in your standards very disappointed with mm t recommendations i will never book again from mm t

Sir, you had booked a deluxe room but on your request we gave you a premium room for which no extra charges were taken from you. And if you have any photos which confirm that there were rats or insects in the room, we request you to send them to us. We will refund you the full amount of your booking. When you left the hotel you were very happy and were talking to our staff about reducing the rates. You left your luggage in the hotel itself and when you came to the hotel in the evening, even then you did not complain about the hotel.

Terrible Stay
I would never suggest you such backward place to stay ,This palace have offbeat location . Way to the palace is through a school. Have four person who manage this property. on the whole due to rainfall every where is standing water nd due to this This place have mosquito nd flies. So don't go on pictures shown , search a place near to Ayodhya as this place is 12 km away and transport system is very bad 😞.

Location: Our hotel is about 6 km from Ram Mandir, Ayodhya, not 12 km as reported. 2. Staff: We have a team of 11 staff, not four. Some staff may be on leave during your family's visit. 3. Your father asked for the E- Riskha drive and he gave him the wrong information. Our hotel is on the Ayodhya Lucknow Highway, 6 km from Ram Mandir, Ayodhya. 4. Mosquitoes and flies: Recent rains have caused waterlogging, attracting mosquitoes and flies. We are taking measures to resolve this issue. Regarding your family's behavior, we understand that tensions may rise, but your father is abusing all the time. But still we were calm respecting his age, he should not have behaved like this with the staff. We all had to face his misbehavior. We value respect and courtesy towards our team. We appreciate your parents staying with us and look forward to serving them better in the future.

The property is at very remote location. There is smell of dirty water throughout. Rooms are very small. Staff was really good and supportive though, but location is not good for a hotel. Foul smell of dirty water, room size and remote location makes it a terrible choice.

Terrible Stay
Booked this hotel through make my trip. Despite my strenuous efforts i failed miserably to locate this hotel as no sign as well as no board displaying the hotel name seen at location while searching it through google map. At specified location none of people including tea stall vendor and others were aware of this hotel. Finally i booked another hotel in ayodhya. It was shocking and very embarrassing moment for us. I booked it for 16th september 2024. When contacted mm t 'response was cold and non cooperative. They didn't bother even to return my deposited money. Mm t and hotel management both deserved to be punished. I am thinking of going legal route for their such despicable act.
