The staff , food and services were good..

Location is quite good, the cottage was pretty nice. Staff service and Food quality needs improvement

I had a very comfortable stay. The property was well maintained, clean, and located at a convenient spot. Food quality was good with decent variety. The staff was polite and helpful, and facilities were provided as promised. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for money.

The hotel refused the room even when they has rooms available. After which I checked online and booked a room. I just had to spend a night as was travelling. The toilet was not cleaned and there were baby frogs. We were not provided any essentials like wate bottles. In all did not have a great experience.

Tasty food. Lizards-filled rooms. Good staff but insufficient budget for pet control and cleanliness.

Horrible. It's should not be called hotel. Staff/ owner seems to have not heard words like maintenance, hygiene. Absolutely No options for food - Only roti, rice & daal. Even juice they have ordered from outside & that's the only good part. Even though staff tries to help, there is no resource, training to them to run a place.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Suprised to see the calm and serene environment beside highway bustling with road traffic. There's so much space to sit and relax, the cottages, igloo houses add to the taste of travellers who would like unique stays. The food is reasonable in terms of price and fabulous in terms of treating the taste buds. The staff are very caring, humble and efficient. Hospitality is at par with the term excellent. There's so much space, a swimming pool would add to the entertainment of kids. A kids playing area with amenities would further add. Awesome overall

Budget accommodation, basic rooms, amenities. You get hot water for the bath, no water bottles. Huge parking space with green surroundings. Small kids play area.

No hot water, no staff no food. I don’t know why this hotel got 4. 5 rating. It’s a very very worst experience, i never heard in my life, in whole hotel, they have only two members of staff. They won’t do nothing. Even they won’t response. Even if you call them, they won’t pick up the call. Please don’t show this hotel very, very dirty

Room is good but too much of mosquitoes, foods are not having options, staff behaviours are good

The fan was making horrible noise and even though told the person in charge nothing was done. For 3 people they gave a small soap and one towel. Charged extra for morning coffee and water bottle during breakfast. For the kind of facilities provided the amount charged is very high.

There is a geyser problem at the hotel. Thereby all the switch boards are passing current. Having children made it very difficult.

Nice location, nice staff, big rooms, big washroom but poor maintenance. Siddhalingam temple is very near.

The property is spacious but poorly maintained. While the rooms are large, they were not clean. The staff is helpful, but there were no bathroom kits provided.
