I recently stayed at this property during a trip to Vrindavan with my office colleagues, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. While the sanitation at the property was decent, there were several major issues that made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating.
Firstly, the location is quite inconvenient and not easily accessible. There was no food service available at the property, which added to the inconvenience, especially during a group trip. Most disappointingly, we were charged for a power backup facility that was supposed to support air conditioning, but this service was non-functional. In the scorching summer heat of Vrindavan, this was completely unacceptable.
Due to these shortcomings, I had to face embarrassment and insults from my colleagues, as I was the one who organized the trip. I would strongly advise the property management to be transparent about their facilities and ensure they are functional before charging guests. This experience not only affected our comfort but also left a negative impression on a group trip that was meant to be enjoyable.

As mentioned, our property provides inverter backup which usually supports essentials for 5โ6 hours. Unfortunately, during your visit, there was a major power outage across Vrindavan due to a fault in the local electricity supply. Despite our continuous coordination with the electricity department, the restoration took longer than expected and was only resolved by early morning. We truly understand the discomfort this may have caused.
To ensure such situations do not affect our guests in the future, we have now installed a powerful generator system to provide uninterrupted backup. We warmly invite you to visit us again and experience improved comfort and hospitality.
