It was far away from mahbubnagar and didn't expect this. But the rooms are big sized with good amenities.

The room was average as per cost. In the morning water was not there in room. No attention to customer.

Cockroaches in the room and on the bed please don’t book this and very bad staff treatment no parking place. There is fab hotels near by that’s really good.

Disgusting and stinking room. Lots of mosquitos in the room and terrible smell all over. The washrooms are not clean and lot of mosquitos in the bathroom and the bed sheet and pillow cover has marks on it. The service is poor. No place for car parking. Do not take this hotel at any cost.

Kotla residency, no water in wash rooms and bed sheets rooms are very dirty, service is very bad, no receptionist 20minuts waited for him.

The property was utter waist. Don’t even put this property . No parking slot. No receptionist. No towels. No breakfast. No value for money.

They stay in this property was terrible i could not sleep in this property i reached at the location around 12am. But i couldn’t see any property in this name. Then i made many calls on the contact number of the property. After trying many times they responded and informed me that their property name is k pr residency. Then i found that property and reached the reception. But no one was there in the reception. Again i called them on the same number two or three times. But no one has come to the reception for around 15 minutes. Then i got another contact number from reception area and called on that number. A staff came and gave two rooms key. When i entered in the room the i was really frustrated. Because i’m on travel-ling to goa from hyderabad. So i have to sleep at least 5 hours and continue my journey early morning. But the roos were dirty. The bed sheet, pillow cover, duvet cover and everything thing in the rooms were not washed after leaving previous customers i reported to the hotel receptionist. They replaced only bedsheet and pillow cover of the one one room and bed sheet, pillow cover and duvet cover of the second room. But that also having issues. Cockroach were in the room and bathroom bathroom was also not cleaned after leaving previous customers previous customers used soap and stuffs were there. One bathroom’s lock was not working. I’m really not satisfied with this.

It was a wonderful stay and the people there were very courteous and best at their services. Strictly recommended.

Charges from make my trip is too high because when i asked the hotel people about there charge they said it was a just 1200 but from make my trip i nearly charges 1950. 00 waste booking form make my trip i will suggest my every colleagues not to book from make my trip. Thank you
