Worst service and receptionist attitude and his behaviour this hotel is giving the same room for direct customer they are giving Rs 2300 and I have booked with the price ofRs 4922

Service is very worst not answering properly for anything this hotel was not recommended to stay cost also very high

Good hotel, good food, Hygien is good, good people

They are just an okay hotel, but the only hotel worth staying in Mahbubnagar. Thus are very rude as they enjoy a monopoly and also have 0 knowledge about hospitality.

No food service if it is a festival holiday. In the night basement parking and other area were completely dark. No lights at all.

I am not happy with breakfast.

Overall a good transit stay towards kuruvapuram.

The rooms are decent and the hotel to close to main market, clock tower. But it is overpriced for the services it provides, doesn't have coffee maker in room. I also found some dust on the bed in my room.

It is a clean and centrally located place. Staff is ok. Don't expect standard hospitality industry etiquettes. But I must say, it was not unpleasant. Rooms are clean and well furnished. For the price it was good.

Rude behavior of support staff. Noise in main reception area. Pathetic receivable at reception area. No paper service to room. Need to come out at reception area and read the news. I am frequent traveler to various places. Rates are too high. Matching with 3 tier cities.

Not so good at this hotel especially staff behavior when I ask for breakfast at 10 clock.

Hotel manager is bad, he doesn't know how to behave and how to talk. He is worst person whom I have spoke in my life.

Have been staying the hotel for almost couple of years for business purposes. Always clean rooms. Should improve on the quality of food

Stay was pretty good and service was very nice but breakfast should have more options. Rest all were good.

Please check on ta parking. Caused damage to my car cozy of to bump at to beginning of a v steep entrance. Who builds a parking entrance like that?
