Terrible Stay
Absolutely disgusting experience with this stay. We booked double bedroom from 29-31st december 24. This place is 8-10 kms far from the actual city and roads are broken. The room has no wardrobe. We had to put our cloths on kitchen slab. Bed was new and spacious. Bathroom wasn't clean and there was bad smell when we entered. The worst part is there room service. It's soooo slow. We placed our order for evening snacks at 5:30 pm and we were given that single item at 8 pm. The boy who sits in the reception (sourav majhi) is absolutely good for nothing. He will not pick your call and there was no telephone in the room to dial reception number. Today morning we asked for room cleaning services and it was denied and he said there staffs are busy. They treated us like we are here for free service and didn't pay them anything. We paid around 4270- for 2 nights stay here but i must say absolutely worst experience. Please don't come here if you don't want to waste your money and valuable time. Absolutely disgusting place with worst customer service experience.
